Free Wednesday concert series

The Helis Foundation and Ecos Latinos Series present “Evenings with Enrique”, a free concert series every Wednesday in October, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Enrique Alferez Sculpture Garden, in City Park. On Oct. 11, the series will feature Bolivian guitarist and singer Javier Gutierrez. On Oct. 18, harpist Patrice Fisher and Cuban guitarist Javier Olondo will perform. On Oct. 25, pianist Oscar Sanchez with Honduran singer Belsy Puerto will be in concert.

This program is supported by grants from the Helis Foundation, the Arts Council of New Orleans, Louisiana Division of the Arts, Musicians for Music and the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Foundation.
